| With the rapid development of China’s urban rail transit and a substantial increase in traffic, Automatic Fare Collection system has become increasingly important. The gate machine as one of the most critical equipment in AFC system, undertakes the tasks of automatic fare collection and intelligent traffic recognition, and it plays a vital role in improving the speed of the passenger transport. From the point of view of engineer applications, the paper does in-depth analysis and research on intelligent recognition technology, and has designed a set of control system of flapping-door gate.By analyzing the composition structure and the function demand of the control system of flapping-door gate, the system task can be divided into two parts:traffic identification module and gate actuators control module. The paper introduces the specific design and implementation of the system from both hardware and software, and detailed analysis on the traffic identification algorithm.The system hardware design part mainly aims at the specific functions of each part of the system, and gives the important component selection and related circuit design, including the master unit, channel sensors information acquisition, motor control, position detection, clutch control, encoder signal acquisition and power circuit, etc. System software design part mainly includes traffic recognition algorithm and flapping-door control program. The paper adopts the algorithm combining gait recognition and human recognition to judge the traffic state, further improving the recognition accuracy. Then according to the judgment results, flapping-door gate actuators do corresponding open and close action, and try to complete the action with the best speed curve, and also effectively prevent various kinds of illegal intrusion.Finally through the gate experimental platform, the paper does a series of experimental studies on traffic identification and stepper motor control and so on, the results show that this system can satisfy the established requirements. |
