The Research And Design Of New Residence Of Function Modules

Nowadays, our country’s attention to the problems of countryside improves gradually, in order to improve the standard of peasants’ lives, it is the first thing that to construct a large number of new residences. In recent years, the province of Yunnan also vigorously pursued the construction of "beautiful countryside", it is proceeding around the new residential construction.We found some problems in the new residences’construction in the survey of QuJing district, such as, the inefficient use of space and low combination of production and life. The primary problems includes the openness of the new residential design s not high, the participation of farmer is not enough and the design is not selectivity.Under a lot of demand for new residences, it is difficult that a design ensure all the people satisfied with new residence. This thesis take the QuJing new residential construction as the research background, research the function module to new residence, then according to various limiting factor, design a series of adaptively and changeably new residence. It is four part research in this thesis:First of all, the actual investigation discovered problems, the investigation realized the ideal residence, and with this as the design standard. Next, divided the new residence’s functional space into three parts:life function, production function and business service function. Research the function space, according to ergonomics, furniture dimensions and position to determine the basic criterion for each space and set the basic module. Then,using the basic module combination with each other, with the most common relationship between residence and courtyard:the shape of line, square module, the shape of L, the shape of U, producing several basic archetype. To join the family industry according to the different industry, divided the new residence into four type:traditional agricultural production(agriculture), household production(workshop), business service (business), migrant-workers and worked by government(workers). Finally, according to the geographical environment, Humanities culture, industry types of the demonstration village, using the research of function module into the local new residential design, I hope this thesis would provides fundamental for the latter research.
