Research On Module Construction Technologies Of Function Oriented

Module construction which is the major task in modular design of military equipments, is aimed at designing standard, general-utility and seriate modules to fulfill the short-cycle, various and reconfigured requirements of quick responded manufacture. According to above task, the main work of the dissertation is as follow:⑴The meaning of modular design and the mode of module construction were discussed, based on which, a whole flow of the function oriented modular construction was presented.⑵The module-identifying technology was introduced into the process of product's conceptual design on basis of FBS(Function, Behavior, conceptual Structure), a modeling method of Function-conceptual Structure which combines with the function-flow model and the IDEF0 method, was presented. Then a FBS-Based method for product's conceptual module design was established.⑶The Case-Based design method was adopted to achieve reusable module construction through searching modules by module parameters and reasoning by module knowledge. An ant colony optimize algorithm for structure optimization was proposed. The method of module interfaces design was discussed in detail. A estimate method of module structure design which combines with point rating and fuzzy estimation was presented.⑷The comparability theory was adopted to design lengthways series of part module. The function reasoning method and the fusion of shape character were applied to transverse series design of part module. The leveled relationship of component module was formed base on tabular layouts of article characteristics, and the lengthways series design of component was achieved by module's major parameter driving or part's major parameter driving. The transverse series design of component module was achieved through configuration of function module.⑸Apply with above research, the module construction archetype system was designed and developed, and was used elementarily.
