| The study of aeroengine fault module is an important part of A320 Airborne Electronic System Fault Simulator Development,the simulator is aimed to train aircrew the ability of troubleshooting.Today the study of aeroengine module most is used in flight simulator,seldom in the training of aircrew,and also do not comprehensive analyze the TASK faults associated with the particular item.However the analysis of TASK faults can improve the aircrew troubleshooting capacity.According to the A320 manuals,this paper applys the combined methods of function and performance moding,studys the operation of dual-rotor turboan aeroengine,including the nomal operation status and the fault status.This paper inputs the faults into the modules and analyzes the effects with different TASK faults which exert on the corresponding items.In this way aircrew can be trained to ponder the fault,deepen the acknowledge,further to improve the ability of troubleshooting.Firstly,This paper introduces the study backgroud,study status and methods,then according to the A320 ASM manul,AMM maunl,TSM maunl,overview the composition and functions of the aeroengine.Secondly,This paper illustrates the aeroengine operation principle and the methods of the modeling.Based on the performance and function features,The paper establishes performance module and function module.The aim of the function module is to simulate aeroengine controlling logic.According to A320 TSM manual and analyze items' fault types and categories,this paper applies the directed graph module method to study the logical function of every items by deciding the input and the output of the iems.Otherwise this paper also applies interpolation to simulate the change of various parameters.At the same time,because of the complex of the aeroengine,this paper divides the aeroengine into different models to study.Finally,according to the models and establishing module method as needed,the module examples and experiment results are given. |
