Research On Real-time Monitoring Of Braking System Based On TCDS

Malfunction of the brake system is one of the important factors affecting the safe operation of the passenger vehicles, the braking monitoring subsystem of Train Coach Running Diagnosis System(TCDS) is a real-time monitoring, diagnosis and alarm system for the running state of the braking system of the passenger car through the vehicle real-time monitoring and diagnosis device, and through the wireless network transmission to the ground control center, realizes the real-time monitoring of ground of passenger train braking system.This paper puts forward the background and significance of the research on real-time monitoring of braking system, introduces the structure and function of TCDS system and braking system, lists the TCDS field application situation and system monitoring alarm failure analysis and treatment case. After a long period of practice, summed up the shortcomings of the brake monitoring system in real-time data and other aspects, through the design of the vehicle wireless transmission protocol formulated message sending hairstyle and data loading technology, new brake monitoring web design methods, improve the real-time monitoring data, realizes the real-time monitoring of changes in the brake pressure monitoring data. Through the site brake test monitoring to verify the braking system real-time monitoring function of the stability and validity, it provides a solid technical support for preventing traffic accidents caused by the failure of the braking system, which is an important means to diagnose the faults of passenger vehicles and to improve the efficiency of maintenance and ensure the safety of driving.
