| Since the brake system is the vital guarantee to the vehicle safety, improving the braking performance is the important task of the department of the vehicle design and produce. At first ,this thesis analyzed the braking system theoretically, the mechanical models of both drum brake and disc brake was established and the structure and working principle of braking force regulate fitting was expounded. Second, based on the theoretical analysis, braking system optimization mathematics models was established, including braking force distribution optimization mathematics models, drum brake and disc brake optimization mathematics models. Third, on the basis of studying on braking test both on road and rolling braking testing platform, dynamic simulation models of braking procedure was conducted, using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Finally, the computer software was designed based on the mathematics models and requirement of Ankai. This software can improve the design efficiency of brake system personnel. In this thesis, using this software, the brake system of Ankai coach was optimized and simulation calculated. And the calculation results were validated by braking test. In brief, the study of this thesis is directive and practical for the design of braking system. |
