| The novelty of the thesis is generate from the Real-Time Running State Monitor System for Locomotive Maintenance. The thesis shows the requirement of real-time Monitor and fault diagnosis for the braking system to prevent the accident caused by the braking system when the locomotive is running.Firstly, the thesis demonstrates the meaning of real-time monitor and diagnose system on the locomotive braking system. After that, the thesis outlines the status both in foreign and local. After describing the structure and fundamental of the locomotive braking system, it turns to the method of data acquisition and finishes the collectivity structure of the system. It completes the fault diagnose based on the fault mode and abnormity phenomenon combined with the braking system's fundamental in different fault cases, then creates the braking system fault tree model by using the theory of fault tree analysis. It verified the feasibility to generate the ES' knowledge database based on the braking system fault tree model, and realized ES in the Visual C++6.0 which makes the fault diagnosis intellectualized. After researching the gas' state changing during locomotive charging process in thermodynamics, it proves the feasibility to diagnose the closing fault of the train coupling cock and the leakage fault by monitoring the locomotive braking system. The chapter 5 is to choose the chips to finish the hardware design, the control software design and to give the test precision required standard of the system after studied the error distribution problem. By the experimental research on the experimental platform EDYS-1 , the result of the experimental proves both the system's function and the test precision can satisfied the required standard.In the end, the author sums up the results and points out the defect of the system. The author presents some recommondation to the system and the prospect. |
