Planning And Study On Safety Management Of Qingdao Construction Project

Production safety is related to the majority of people’s lives and property security and social stability. Construction safety management is an important omponent of national security production management. In recent years, under the correct eadership of the CPC Central Committee and State Council and the joint efforts of all localities,departments and sectors,national production safety situation is generally stable and continuous improvement. Construction safety accident rate also shows a declining trend,but the proportion of the number of casualties and construction accidents periods of ach year still rank the top three. To a large extent it influences a country’s level of safety production anagement.Construction project safety management planning is the start of safety production management from the source of a project. It is the starting point, the key point, an integral part as well as the obligatory responsibility of each enterprise.This paper explores the safety production management from the whole project construction process, mainly through the research on Qingdao City project safety management planning, runs through the whole construction process, closely integrates the safety management measures and the construction process, then been broken up to the management of men, machines and materials, adopts safety to promote production,then ensures the construction project’s running being safe and stable.Firstly analyze the safety management situation of the recent domestic and foreign construction business and Qingdao construction business, thereby leads to from how to do a construction project safety management planning work well to let one unit guide a whole area. Complying with the continuous improvement of the whole project safety management, leads the whole construction business’ safety management work of Qingdao city to be fundamentally improved, then even leads the running of the overall safety management work of Qingdao city to be stable. Secondly, combines theory with practice. Combining the actual project management experience and the special safety management experience more than ten years in Qingdao city, the author analyses the main content of the project safety management planning detailed. Thirdly, analyses and prevents from the specific safety accident in Qingdao City, then combines with the project safety management planning from a certain construction project in Qingdao,which was a typical case of project safety planning that the author had personally participated, to expound the importance and the effect of project safety management planning.
