Construction Accident Prevention And Safety Introduction Regulatory Research

The construction industry has always been a production safetyaccident high-risk industry，which not only brings huge economic lossesto the country and the people, but also causes serious influence on society.Every accident happened on a family is a devastating blow,while for eachpersonnel engaged in the construction industry also caused greatpsychological burden. Accidents may put an enterprise into a difficultposition, so how to prevent safety accidents has become an urgent issuewe need to pay attention to.In recent years, a series of the laws, regulations, rules andregulations on construction project has been constantly published,ourcountry has gradually established the system and institution for theconstruction engineering safety production management, to constraint theconstruction enterprises as well as the construction industry professionals,to improve the person’s subjective initiative of the main unit constructionwho has the responsibility on implementation, as a result the constructionsafety production management level has greatly improved.In this paper, according to the situation of our country’s reality,wetry to look for the foreign advanced management concept by comparingthe current situation of construction safety production management athome and abroad, rejecting the dross and assimilating the essence.Moreover, according to the characteristics of construction productionsafety accident, we try to find out the various reasons and potentialfactors causing production safety accidents, through fault tree analysis forcalculation and analysis. Coupled with the “Five management law”,which has inspired us in safety production management, our study mainlyfocuses on how to effectively prevent the accident and how to strengthenthe construction production safety supervision and management, from theaspects of construction technology and management. In this way, we candoresearchintohowtoimprove the level of construction safety managementand ensure safe production target, in order to promoteanagement system innovation, Implement management innovation and build a modernenterprise safety culture system.First of all, this article introduces the research background andsignificance, then defines the main content and method of the research;Secondly, analyzes the characteristics of construction safety productionand current problems of construction safety production in our country,and through the study of the safety production management experienceand achievements in the developed countries, this article puts forwardsome enlightenment to our country’s building construction safetymanagement; Finally, we summarized the full teyt, and puts forwardsome suggestions on how to further improve the level of constructionsafety management and strengthen the construction engineering safetyproduction supervision in our country, as well as issues worthy of furtherstudy.
