Building Construction Safety Production Behavior Research Based On Accident Cause Analysis

Safety is a constant theme and is a prerequisite for the production of human labor. Production safety in any industry needs to be systematic management, especially in the construction process for often outbreaking sudden accident. With the advent of standardization of the times, the construction process safety produce needs to the same times. Based on the characteristics of construction safety accidents, this article analyzed accidents cause insecurity in-depth, and built safe production behavior domain and safe production behavior system.Based on the accident causation theory, this paper analyzed the relationship among insecurity factor, insecurity events and accidents. From the probability perspective of view, the accident evolutionary process was analyzed, the flow pattern of construction safety accident was described. Applied the logistic regression model to analyze the probability of unsafe events. Used gray correlation analysis of the correlation between the probability of unsafe events. With the fault tree analysis method to analyzed the probability of accidents, and solved the importance of unsafe events. Analyzed the objective laws of construction accidents, proposed the point that from people, objects, environment, management four aspects analyzing accident courses. Using the expert scoring method analyzed the importance of insecurity factors that led to the accident specifically. Production safety behavior, production safety behavior domains are defined. Also from the probability point of view analyzed the role process of safe production behavior to prevent accidents. In connection with the four unsafe factors of people, objects, environment, management, built the safety production behavior domain, provides a new idea to protect the orderly conduct of construction safety production. Analyzed the development process of safety production behavior and the shortage of safe production behavior of standardization stages. Analyzed the production safety behavior optimize power from the point of view of both social and economic benefite. Based on the relationship of the construction process, accident process and production safety behavior, and the logic relationship of construction safety behavior subsystem, built the safety production behavior system, providing a theoretical basis for the safe production continuous optimization and upgrading.Finally, it was showed that the specific application of safety production behavior system in construction units.
