Design Theory Of Ancient City Landscape Based On Shanshui Perspective

For centuries, the speed of global urbanization has been faster and faster. At the end of 20th century, China’s economy started to take off, which greatly improve the level of urbanization and the prosperous. But as a result of the urban construction, problems such as the lack of city features and ecological environment destruction have become more and more serious. It has a noticeable impact to the further development of the urban landscape construction in China.Shanshui landscape culture, as the root of Chinese civilization, was the ancient times people’s identity and devotion in our country. Construction of urban landscape of the ancient city and urban landscape is closely connected with it. This article obtains from the landscape culture, using visual, axis and scale control technique to urban landscape as method. Using urban construction, city open space and urban landscape as the control elements. Sum up shape, location, city walls, streets, layout, garden layout, etc, from big to small to discribe the landscape of the ancient city landscape construction.We tracked the history of Shanshui Theory and summarized its design technique. City of Chengde urban history (including summer resort and the surrounding parts of the old city), for example, on the basis of theoretical research, combining perceptual knowledge and rational analysis, I put forward new ideas on the basis of predecessors’ research on the quantitative analysis. In the thesis, we evaluated the current situation of City of Chengde landscape construction, and put forward the corresponding strategy to protection and renovation.
