Management Of Public Landscape In Wujiang

With the globalization of economy and the increasing effect of the environment on the urban development, the urban public landscape is just like the city card, being the reference factor of the urban construction and development potential. In the recent years, the government is paying more attention to the greening functions, beautification of the urban public green space management, with further construction of ecological civilization and acceptance of idea of sustainable development. The Wujiang government has put forward the concept of “the environment is the productive forces” and “the green land is everywhere” since Wujiang landscaping bureau was set up in 2002. In the same year, Wujiang was identified as provincial garden city and national garden city in 2005, which shows that our government attaches great importance to urban public green space management. However, because of the rapid changes of urban development as well as the lagging behind of urban public green space management, the system of the management becomes old-fashioned and the policy of urban public green land planning, construction and maintenance becomes constrained, which hinders the development of urban public green space management. Therefore, it is the responsibility of every public servant to accelerate the formation of sustainable development mode, break up the limitation of all kinds of work, as well as to enhance the further and better development for urban green land construction. On the basis of doing a deep research into the system, current situation and problems of Wujiang urban public green land management, this article is intended to, from the angle of government management, combine the related public management theory as well as learn from the excellent experience and advanced deeds of the landscaping from the domestic and overseas model city. Besides, this article is also aimed to put forward several systematic and practical suggestions on reforming management system, industry guidance, funds management, as well as planning, construction and maintenance of urban public green land.This article is composed of five parts. The first part: the introduction to the article; the second part: a survey on the current situation of Wujiang public green land management. According to the current management and public satisfaction index, this article is intended to analyze result data,introducing the foundation, management system, sustainable development. etc; the third part: the analysis of Wujiang public green land current situation management situation. Combined with the realistic situation, result data, this article aims to analyze the current problems on the basis of governmental functions, greening engineering and public participation; the fourth part: the solution to improving urban public green land, for example, to better and polish the governmental function, to perfect the laws and regulations as well as supervision system, to make overall plans for the construction and funds, to improve the management modernization and industry management, to expand public participation; the fifth part: conclusion.
