Research On Management Of Community Urban Horticulture In Changsha Based On Public Management

With the development of society,the process of urbanization is accelerating and cities are faced with the problems of deteriorating environment and declining arable land.The urban community environment has also exposed the problems of lack of culture and single function along with the construction of the city.It needs more functional functional compound landscapes to fill in the gaps in its functions.Most of the community environments are simply applied and imitated.It is a product of mechanized production and cannot allow residents to feel the warmth and comfort of home.In addition,the growing fragmentation between cities and agriculture has also triggered the original desire of the urban residents for nature and agriculture.A kind of back-and-forth idyllic plot has spread among urban residents.Many urban residents have begun to use their own courtyards and balconies to plant flowers.As well as a variety of edible fruits and vegetables,horticultural activities have become popular in the city.In recent years,the integration of urban and rural areas in our country and the development of urban agriculture have acquired very good social and economic benefits,which have brought opportunities for the development of community urban horticulture.Community environment landscape has a great influence on people's psychological,physiological and spiritual life.At present,the status quo of China's community garden landscape is still at the speed of not meeting the requirements of community construction.Many problems need to be solved in the development process.Public management plays an important role in improving the quality of modern urban community construction.Modern urban community environment has been paid more and more attention by people.Landscape planning and design are widely concerned,but landscape management is rarely understood and valued.This paper focuses on the overall development of urban horticulture in the community,takes the landscape management of community urban horticulture in Changsha as the research object,starts from the origin of urban horticulture,and discusses the development process of urban horticulture,including theoretical research and practical research.A field survey was conducted on the status quo of the development of community urban horticulture in Changsha,and the main issues and contradictions to be solved in the development of urban horticulture were studied.Combined with the analysis of domestic and foreign community horticultural practices in the community to do some attempts and cases,in order to sum up and learn from domestic and foreign community horticulture in the landscape management of advanced management techniques and programs;At last,it tried to propose a solution to the landscape management of urban horticulture in the community,and regarded the government,community,and community residents as the main body in managing community urban horticulture and actively participated in the management.The public management theory is used as the basic theory of management to analyze the landscape management of community urban horticulture,and then a relatively perfect landscape management model of community urban horticulture can be proposed,this includes the semi-autonomous management mode of residents led by the government,the management mode of community leading resident autonomy,enterprise management mode,the management mode of resident autonomy led by social organizations.
