| With the gradual improvement of people’s quality of life and standard of living,people’s demands for medical services are also gradually increasing;and the medical subspecialties are becoming more and more detailed,the progress of computer science,mechanics and other technologies also promote the rapid development of medical technology.Under the joint effect of the two,people for a more sound medical service system,more efficient level of medical services have further requirements.The Health Service has also carried on the system structure adjustment,the medical building also has the new development as the technical and the idea union point.Therefore,this paper will focus on the architectural design management of non-public medical projects,especially to the emerging independent medical imaging center as an example,to explore the management gains and losses,and summarize a more scientific and feasible optimization program.First of all,through reading the literature to understand the status quo of related research,to find the current lack of research on architectural design management and the bottleneck of the development of independent medical imaging center,and through understanding the concept of medical architecture,the characteristics of public and nonpublic medical projects are defined as "development defines use",and the key points,stages and advantages of their design and management are clarified.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of architectural design management of non-public medical projects from the perspective of construction life cycle through literature digging and combining with the actual situation,and excavates the pain points in the design management of non-public medical projects,then the solution of the problem is targeted to find and build the relevant factors and models of non-public health care projects for the follow-up Start and supplement.Then,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper constructs a hierarchical structure model that affects the architectural design and management of non-public medical projects,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the non-public Medical Project Design and management of the order of the weight of the factors,reveal the mechanism of its impact,and then screen out the impact of more weight of the key factors.Finally,according to the order of factors weight,the optimization strategy and improvement method are put forward from five aspects: Design Cycle,Communication Channel,system framework,management concept and design depth.Taking the Shanghai Qj Medical Image Xuzhou Center project as an example,through the actual planning and implementation of the project,the rationality,practicability and effectiveness of the project are verified,and the optimization strategy is further summarized,to provide certain help for the follow-up further research. |
