With the rapid develop ment of economy and the accelerated process of urbanization, the nature becomes increasingly far away fro m our lif e, and child ren’s nature-deficit disorder has become more and more serious, so it is vital to build the co nnection between children and the nature. The children’s activity site of cognitive nature provides children with a spa ce to connect with n ature in which children can be linked with nature byperceiving nature as well as life, and learning in nature. Based on the c ontinuous emergence of children’s activity sit e of cognitive nature in China, and without r elative theory research,。The paperaccording to the characteristics of children, discusses the design of children’s activity site of c ognitive nature from the perspective of the interest ofactivity site of cognitive nature. Through in-depth studies on children’s cognition and characteristic theory in behavioral stage, the cogni tion of relationships between nature and children, theory of interest factors on children activities’ space, it interpreted the research subject, activity type, the function and way of main body involved in activities in details.Through the participation of children in the activities of natural cognitive interviews, to understand their preferred form of participation of children and type of a ctivity and interest in the natural elements of cognitive activities.The paper is represented by three different types of children’s activity site of cognitive nature, discusses its design ways and sum up the expression and distribution characteristics of interesting factors of landscapes by the co llection of re lated data, field survey and analysis.Combiningwith theoretical study and the results of research and analysis and interview with children,the paper com prehensively analyzed and summarized the various as pects of children’s cognition of the natural venue. And from such three categories as location, space composition types and form s, interesting landscape elem ents(terrain, water environm ent, plant landscape, road system, structures), it discussed the interesting design strategy of children’s activity site of cognitive nature.
