In recent year, with the overall construction of the urban and rural areas vigorously, the construction of "beautiful countryside" is also in full swing. With the accelerated rural construction process, rural landscapes have been faced with this kind of problem, its rational planning and design process of rural development has become a far-reaching and practical issues of concern, but also scholars of today’s Planning hot issue. Rural area as a combination of urban and natural area with their landscape ecological problems and ecological security problems are acute in urban fringe areas as academic research "focus". How to make the rural inherent in the local style and ecologic resources under the premise of raising living standards, while ensuring the continuity and development, the coordinated urban and rural and sustainable direction, and ultimately achieve the full and harmonious development of society, which requires us to strengthen rural areas of attention and study.The evaluation of ecological sensitivity is not only able to provide the basis for the analysis and prediction of regional ecosystem imbalance and environmental problems, but also is an important content and link of ecological environmental impact analysis and urban ecological system construction regulation. In this paper, we take Xiashantou village in Zejiang as an example, by learning a large number of literature and research result, combining theoretical analysis with investigation practice. Through on-the-spot investigation in Xiashantou village, and using the method summarized by the author, we can evaluate the ecologic sensitivity of the current situation in Xiashantou village’s landscape. Planning landscape of Xiashantou village based on this result, and it may have a certain reference value for the rural landscape planning in the future.
