Taking the progress management status of China Unicom Guangzhou Yunjing core Board room supporting reconstruction project as an example, introducing the theories and methods of project progress management, the author analyses the internal and external factors which influence the progress management of above project. The author discusses in detail of the formulation of Progress schedule and progress control, and using Work breakdown structure (WBS) WBS to build the basic structure of the project, and using the Network technology preparing the network diagram and Gantt chart of the progress schedule, the thesis come to the conclusion of the control measures in Progress Management of the project by comparing the Gantt chart and drawing up a plan for progress control.The Progress Management in the construction project plays a significant role in Construction Management, this article discusses the progress management of similarprojects will also have some reference value.
