Research On The Cost Control Of The Phase â…¡ Project Building Of Jin MaiHua Fu

With the rapid development of China’s rising economy and the urbanization process, the use of land resources and space is increasing.The new development of urbanization means the transaction of millions of agricultural population into urban population, which brings enormous needs of the urban residential and commercial estate projects. Meanwhile our government stated the coordinated development of Industries, agricultures and Urbanization.the development of real estate development has become the focus of the whole society recently.As one of the effective researchperspectives, this paper focuses on the control of real estate projects of Jin Mai HuaFu.In the process of exploring the cost management, this study uses modern methodsto enhance the accuracy of the research, in response to providing a clear idea to the real estate projects. During this research, we pay more attention to related financial indicators,then, adopting the classic technical means to estimate the cost of the target.Theresearch quotes the frame ofProgram Management and analyzes the current situation of the study goal, offering a theoretical method to assess modern enterprise project management.The innovation ofthis paper is mainly reflected inbreaking through limitations of traditional researches, which is mainly focus on the accounting afterwards. Whileapplying Earned Value Method and ABC ClassificationModel to assess the cost control of Phase Ⅱ Project Building of Jin Mai Hua Fu, this paper bases on the key indicators and their sequence, enhancing the applicability and effectiveness of this research.In addition, the research onthetechniques of modern management lays a solid foundation of the real estate project development, thus, it has some practical significance to promote the further development of China.
