Project cost management is the core content of engineering project management.It runthrough the whole process of project implementation,begin with the bids,finished when theengineering was completed.Project cost management including cost forecast and cost plan,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assess.At present,compared with other industry,the theories research about cost managementin construction enterprise is relatively backward.As the challenging in the constructionindustry become more and more heated,the project cost management will be the key toenterprises to obtain market competitiveness.How to reinforce the construction costmanagement,reduce the costs of construction,improve the economic benefit?This is thecommon desire and drang of our country'S construction enterprises.Therefore,the research ofthe construction enterprise cost management and control has important realism meaning.Firstly,the article is briefly introduced the relevant theories,the components ofconstruction cost,the various stages,task,processes and measures of cost management.Secondly,discussed the cost management of project in the tender,order,construction andcompletion stage.In the bidding period,based on decision tree,the bid plan is selected with acombination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods after analysis.Duringthe project construction phase,carry on the effective management to the construction costwith the theory of earned value.Want to undertake real time monitoring to project cost inconstruction process,discover deviation wants to undertake in time analyse and givingcorrective,and find a way to reduce the running cost.In the end,combine with PZHZ'Ssupport facility construction project,strengthen cost management from the aspects of bothcost plan and cost control,analyze them and assess them in time.The case analysis showsthat a series of project cost management measures in PZHZ'S support facility constructionproject is effective,which can lower the construction cost and improve the profit....
