Recent years,the sales of automobile is increasing year by year with the increasing of people’s demand for cars.Meantime,people pay more attention to energy and environment,therefore,the issue about energy and environment caused by automobile gradually been concerned. In this case, electric vehicles appear in people’s vision gradually.Compared with the traditional vehicles, the power of pure electric vehicles depends on electricity instead of gasoline combustion,for this reason,pure electric vehicles can really achieve “zero emissions”when it travels on the way.Thus,people pay more attention to the pure electric car.However,theelectrificationcost of pure electric vehicles is much higher than traditional vehicles’, Therefore, the security of high-voltage power is particularly important. When there is a problem of high-voltage electrical system of the vehicle, if timely discovered, we can reduceunnecessary losses.Thus,thecondition of high-voltage electricalsystem isvery important.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:1. Through refering to literature date, analysis of high-voltage electrical structure and working principle of pure electric bus,determing the monitoring object of the safety monitoring system.2. Based on specifications of high-voltage electrical components and 《GB/T18384.1-2001 sefety requirments for electric vehicles》,determing the following parameters: input and output voltage, input and output electric current and component temperature as the monitoring parameters of high-voltage electrical system and all the key components, and to determine a safe range.3. Ensure the insulation security of high-voltage electrical system when vehicle is the state of dynamic operation. Based on the difference between the DC flow method,use the leakage current sensor to monitor high-voltage electrical system insulating properties of pure electric bus.4. Depth understanding of the sensor principles. In hardware part,monitoring system real-time obtains the running state information from battery system, motor drive system and high-voltage auxiliary system by data acquisition card,voltage sensors, current sensors and temperature sensors;5. In software part,using the virtual instrument software Lab VIEW 2014 to build a pure electric vehicle electrical safety monitoring platform,which can achieve real-time alarming and fault diagnosis.6. Obtaining experimental data through real vehicle tests,then verifying the availability and reliability of high-voltage electric vehicle safety monitoring system based on virtual instrument.
