Research Of Post Crash Electrical Safety For Electriac Vehicles

As the traditional car increasingly strict requirements of energy saving and emission reduction,electric vehicle(EV)has ushered in the golden period of development.In the process of three major technological developments of electric vehicles,its safety performance in research,industrialization and application promotion can not be ignored.The difference between traditional car and EV mainly reflects in balance of electric power system and battery with high voltage and high energy.EV safety especially post crash electrical safety is the most important for its assessment criteria is only safe and unsafe,so electrical safety is an important factor for EV to continue occupy the market and develop healthy.This paper combines domestic and foreign research results and the subject that I am participating in to analyze influence factors of EV post crash electrical safety,which main contains electric shock,electrolyte spillage and component retention,and the electric shock includes voltage,energy,electrical protection barrier and electrical isolation.This paper will pay attention to research these problems,and analyzes the principles and measurements of electrical safety,then gives mechanical protection measures and control logics.Based on research subject,the target traditional vehicle was converted into BEV,and was given CAE crash simulation.The result of simulation shows that high-voltage wirings and battery satisfy the requirements of electrical safety.At last,the BEV was conducted crash experiment verification in lab.And the test proves that optimization scheme can satisfy both of low voltage and electrical isolation requirements after front impact,and also electrolyte spillage and component retention requirements.Considering the development of protection technology and impact safety,breakdown evaluations of electrical safety grade except electrical safety evaluation are obtained.The research of electrical safety has certain guiding significance and reference value for security design and electrical safety assessment.
