| With environmental pollution increasingly worsening and the energy crisis becoming increasingly prominent,Countries around the world paid more attention to research and develop on electric vehicles.The key technical issues for electric vehicles mainly concentrated in the battery and its group management techniques,drive motor and control technology,vehicle control technology,etc.Vehicle control technology of pure electric buses is the key to monitor and coordinate the work between the various components of the powertrain,and to ensure that pure electric buses traveling in accordance with the driver’s intention and improve vehicle performance and safety management,while the high-voltage system security management technique is the key to ensure the safety of vehicles traveling and personal and property safety of the occupants,vehicle control technology and high-voltage system security management technology play an important role in the normal running of electric vehicles.This paper firstly analyzed and studied the composition and principles of high and low-voltage electrical systems of pure electric buses;then defined the vehicle control system functions and analyzed vehicle control system required signal,and classified the pure electric buses operating mode and proposed recognition method;On this basis,developed a vehicle control system communication protocol;Next for high-voltage system security management,designed high-voltage system protection circuit of pure electric buses,proposed the insulation resistance monitoring methods and insulation protection measures,and researched on the charging high voltage safety management;Finally,with the completion of the pure electric buses,the vehicle control system CAN communication protocol and high-voltage system security measures were conducted experiment.The experimental results showed that the proposed vehicle control system programs and high-voltage safety system security measures could achieve the desired design goals. |
