Research On Safety Early Warning System Of Tank Car

With the traffic volume of hazardous chemical substance increasing in highway transportation,more and more transport accident happens frequently,such as the leakage of transport vehicle,collision and explosion.It also caused a series of environmental problems and a lot of public attention.Developing a safe and effective warning system of hazardous chemical substance has a kind of very significant meaning to protect the safety of highway transportation,and improve the efficacy of highway transportation management.In the view of the above situation,this project aims at when the hazardous chemical substance is in highway transportation,the real time monitoring of the tank body's state and the early warning surveillance are the goals to follow the safe distance of vehicles,using a lot of sensors,dosimeters,combining GPS and mobile network dates for data fusion develop a series of safe warning system to apply tank truck.This system can detect every state trucks at any time and gather collections then analyze dates to judge the various indexes of hazardous chemical substance whether in a safe rang,meanwhile it can analyze a car behind us whether meet the safe distance and make prompt for the car,the device itself can be stored as the vehicle state parameter and get through GPRS and mobile network to upload the dates to security platforms.This system has the function of real time monitoring and early warning and has important significance in the fight for transportation accidents and reducing losses for accidents.The result of field test shows that in the reasonable time,this system can finish collecting and analyzing the liquid level,temperature,pressure and after the car safe distance of hazardous chemical substance.It can realize the real time response of the state to the driver and through the GPRS to transmit the related data to the security platform.Application will help to improve the system loading for transiting security early warning ability,reducing the probability of accidents,and improving the ability of handing after the accident and the speed of response.
