Research On Risk Identification And Evaluation Of Design Projects Of Curtain Wall

With the development of urbanization, the high-rise building has become a landscape of the city, and the curtain wall decoration rise building facades artistry greatly. After 20 years of development, Our curtain wall has become the world’s first curtain wall production and use of power. However, in the wall behind the market is so vibrant and prosperous, quality and safety problems curtain walls is also increasingly become the focus of attention, the curtain wall has become a "time bomb" over the city. Therefore, it is necessary to manage risks present in the building curtain walls actively and effectively. Risk management, especially in the early stage of the life cycle of building curtain walls namely the design phase. The main purpose of this paper is to carry out curtain wall design project risk identification and evaluation.First, on the basis of risk and project risk, project risk management, project risk management, architectural design theory research, we carried out to define the building curtain wall design projects.
