With the increase of the service life of existing building curtain wall,the problem of unsafe hidden danger has been gradually exposed,which seriously endangers people’s life and property safety,and has aroused widespread concern of all sectors of society.Therefore,it has become a research hotspot to make a reasonable scientific evaluation of the safety risk of curtain wall and avoid the possible harm.Aiming at the present safety risk of existing building curtain wall in our country,this paper studies the inherent risk and potential risk of existing building curtain wall,and has achieved the following results:(1)Combining engineering practice experience and guided by the safety risk type of curtain wall and internal and external influencing factors,this paper constructed a reasonable and scientific index system of safety risk evaluation of existing building curtain wall,which covered 4 levels,3 large classes and 29 subcategories.(2)According to the principle of fuzzy mathematics,a fuzzy evaluation model of security risk is proposed for the inherent risk of existing building curtain wall.The model used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,and used fuzzy matrix and weight value to construct the fuzzy evaluation vector of each index,and then used the established security risk degree formula to determine the security risk level of the evaluation object.(3)Aiming at the risk of high altitude fall of building curtain wall,according to the coverage and energy conversion characteristics of the damage energy released by them in space,the damage area model and damage energy model based on spatial geometric distribution were constructed respectively,and the quantitative evaluation of the harm caused by the falling object of curtain wall was realized.It is helpful to assist the relevant departments to formulate relevant coping strategies in advance for the risk of curtain wall fall.(4)On the basis of the theoretical research on the inherent and potential safety risk assessment of existing building curtain wall,the safety risk early warning management system of existing building curtain wall was established.The system function model,module structure and operation platform were designed,and the engineering application software was constructed by using C + + programming language,which played an important role in pushing the theoretical research results of this paper into engineering practice.
