Research And Application Of Innovation Oriented Production Design

New design concept, methods and support from Internet + design big data are needed by designers on the context of "Made in China 2025". Domestic industrial design innovation focuses on the initial product design stage-appearance design, a relatively complete industrial design innovation system has not been formed yet. Fresh, systematic innovation design method is still needed, learning and imitation is still the mainstream; innovation design has been achieved by developed country, but weak guidelines, illogical thinking, disorder, randomness and probability subjective shortcomings are still problems. The innovative concept is regarded as the soul of product development and design. The establishment of a complete product platform focus on industrial designers’ special need is the key to enhance the competitiveness of our products.Problems existed in innovation design process is discussed in this paper, TRIZ theory and human centered design methodology is combined to help propose three new design principles:utility innovation, function innovation and appearance innovation. A technical framework of innovation oriented product design database is being built, which will help its future application. Meanwhile, design methodology and basic characteristics of innovation oriented product design is proposed, a general evaluation system based on fuzzy theory is built to identify the product innovation level.Finally, CKD16 I Dental implant numerical control machine tool is innovatively improved by the theory mentioned above, successfully make it more intelligent and easier to operate, which perfectly testify the theory we discussed in this paper.
