With the proposal of sustainable development strategy in China, to the conservation and regeneration of historic environment based city renewal has received more and more attention. In the transformation process, climate, population density, environmental quality and other factors change, conservation and regeneration of historic environment must adapt with the amount of information, also with the design requirements for improved and increased day by day, the traditional means of information based on CAD+GIS has been unable to meet the requirements. In recent years the rapid development of the national information industry, BIM technology has been popularized, the technology will be numerous information integrated into a 3D visualization, and carries on the simulation and analysis of dynamic, for designers to design in the construction of the entire life cycle of delivering accurate reference data and interactive platform. Taking this as the background, this paper attempts to explore the application of BIM technology in the historical environment regeneration, firstly through concludes appear at present historical environment protection and regeneration process of the problem, the limitations of the traditional design method to find out the advanced idea and the method, then the introduction of BIM, for the protection of historical environment and provide more precise, optimization scheme of rational.This article mainly from the three part focuses on the study of application of BIM technology in environmental regeneration in history: the first part briefly summarizes the concept of historical environment, reviews the historical course of the practice of environmental protection, summarizes the types and patterns of historical and cultural city historical environment regeneration, effect of concept, BIM Technology to design, and the application of the history of environmental protection and regeneration and BIM from ecological angles were studied. The second part is the main part of the thesis, this part briefly summarizes our country in the content and the method of historical environmental protection and explore our country appears in the problem of the practice, after the conservation and regeneration of historic environment based on the principle of BIM, introduces advanced technology, from design stage to information model as the core, optimization of phase angle protection and regeneration of the whole city of performance simulation, evaluation stage, the implementation stage platform of multi information collaborative management were discussed, trying to sum up the application mode of BIM technology in the historical environment regeneration, make the traditional protection method more scientific and precise. The third part is the practice part, further demonstrates the application of BIM technology in historic environment.In this paper, through in-depth study on the application of BIM expected historical environmental regeneration in relevant aspects, understanding and thinking to stimulate more building practitioners, so that designers and related practitioners can actively use BIM technology to improve the historical environment regeneration design, speed up the BIM in the history environment of students to promote the application of work, so as to contribute to the regeneration of informationization in our country history environment. |
