Research On Neighborhood Center Of Large Scale Suburban Residential Area

Along with our country`s urbanization level rising, the construction of large scale suburban residential district in many city has become the norm. It was a long journey for the development of the suburbs. Lots of problems exposed in such a process, the most two prominent problems are the lack of the public service facilities in suburb residential area and the lack of the sense of community. It can be noticed in the practice of our country and abroad that the neighborhood center is an effective solution to these two problems as a new type of community business facilities. It has a great potential for wide application in large scale suburban residential district. Therefore, this paper put the neighborhood center as the research object to study.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the first chapter. Through the Analysis of the development trend and the existing problems of large scale suburban residential district in our country, I put forward the neighborhood center is a solution for the problem of large scale suburban residential district. In addition, the paper defines the related concepts, combs the domestic and foreign related research results in this part, and finally set up the research methods and research framework.The second part is the second chapter of this paper. Through the comparison on the different aspects of the neighborhood center with the traditional commercial center, confirmed the neighborhood center has relative advantage compared to the traditional commercial center when applied in the large scale suburban residential district.The third part is the third chapter and the fourth chapter. This part introduce the investigation of the neighborhood center in Suzhou Industrial Park. Mainly includes two aspects: Firstly, the third chapter of this article has conducted the research on the material space level of neighborhood center, analyzed the commons and difference of neighborhood center in many aspects. Secondly, the fourth chapter of this article has conducted the research on the communication level of neighborhood center, summarized the relationship between neighborhood center and communication activities.The fourth part is the fifth chapter of this paper. This part explores the Application points of neighborhood center in the large scale suburban residential district, and puts forward relevant suggestions from the planning design and management level.
