Design And Study Of Residential Overhead Space Based On "1+5+X" Community Neighborhood Center

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the living standard and living environment of citizens have increased substantially.At the same time,the high population density and high energy consumption caused by high urbanization rate also bring a series of negative effects,such as ecological environment deterioration,overloaded transportation system,imbalance in housing supply,insufficient supply of public service system,etc.How to reasonably and effectively utilize the unused residential overhead space is one of the options to alleviate the current community public service land and increase the supply of enhanced services.With the pursuit of community residents for quality of life and the renewal of living concept,community residential products also develop from a single function to a multi-functional composite direction.Diversified neighborhood interaction space and the application of smart city concept can enhance the aesthetic and activity experience of public space to a greater extent.This project takes the design of residential overhead space as the research object,takes the planning of "1+5+X" community neighborhood center as the research basis,takes the living needs of community residents as the design starting point,and creates a modern urban neighborhood interaction,public service convenience,environmental sustainability,spatial intensification and landscape richness of the design of overhead space.The integrated program,while implanting the concept of intelligent service design.Through the optimal design of the community residential overhead floor project in Poly Yaohu County,we present a set of community residential overhead floor space design model and concept in the form of design practice,from user demand survey and analysis to the overall design planning of the overhead floor.Through the integration of community overhead space resources,community education,primary health care,home and community elderly care,community commerce and community culture and sports can be provided.At the same time,this concept design concept optimizes the space utilization efficiency of the elevated floor,implements the value-added services of raising children,raising the elderly and living in the community,and gives emotional value to the elevated floor space from the perspective of enhancing the harmony of neighborhood relations.
