| Modern community commerce is the basis of city commerce and the important carrier to satisfy the comprehensive consumption of the residents.The community commerce of large suburban residential area obtains some developments with urban suburbanization.The author finds some problems of community commerce of three large suburban residential area of Jinan through on-the-spot investigation and material analysis and proposes development suggestions according to their features.There are six chapters in all.Chapter1 describes the background,the purpose,the significance of this paper, it also proposes the thesis frame.Chapter 2 defines the concepts related to this paper,propses the elements what makes the community commerce,and summarizes the research theories and development models of community commerce.Chapter 3 elaborates the basic situation of community commerce of three large suburban residential areas of Jinan through collecting information,observation,survey and interview.The focus of the chapter 3 is about the scale, spatial layout,format configuration and the basic situation of consumers.Chapter 4 describes the current situation of community commerce of large suburban residential area of Jinan,with the analysis and summary of the factors influencing the development of community commerce. Making important conclusions that there are five main factors influencing the community commerce of large suburban residential area of Jinan,they are construction progress,location,format configuration,consumer and policy.Chapter 5 proposes four suggestions to develop the community commerce of large suburban residential area of Jinan through its features.Chapter 6 summarizes the main ideas and contents of this paper.There are two important founds in this paper. One is the five factors which is influcening the community commerce of large suburban residential area of Jinan through analysis and summarization.the other is establishing the two-class community commerce system of "regional business centre-neighborhood centre" and the two-class format configuration system of "shopping centre-small supermarket". |
