| In recent years, China’s urban rail transit industry has developed rapidly, Metro has become one of the important means of transport in people’s daily life. In the new metro line construction or the renovation project of the old subway line, platform screen doors(PSD) are widely installed along platform edges to separate subway tunnels and stations to ensure safe operation. Screen Door Control System is based on network-based intelligent field bus subway, it is a combination of control system of the practical need of domestic subway, metro platform screen door system of local control, signal control system, platform screen door monitoring system control and fire linkage control and other control functions; Monitors the shielding door door machine system switch, such as fault and running state. As the public demand for urban transport is increasing, the requirements of a PSD for its monitoring system design and functional requirements are also increasing.To solve these problems, this paper focuses on the structure and function of the control system of screen door control system. The first part, for the current screen door system’s security and reliability of the analysis, pointed out that the equipment running faults and their processing time. The second part, design a functional screen door control system of the overall program and description of each module. The third part, with operational needs, design a screen door control system control flow diagram and it’s main testing program.Through on-site prototype proved that the screen door control system designed to meet the functional needsand stable operation, to ensure the normal operation of equipment, reducing the troubleshooting time. |
