Since the 21 st century,the construction of water infrastructure has developed rapidly.Among them,Sluice Works play an important role in water supply,irrigation,drainage and flood control.As the main control component in the sluice system,the gate is usually arranged in the entrance and exit throat passage of the sluice chamber,which is of great significance for realizing effective control of water conservancy facilities and ensuring the safety of buildings.With the continuous optimization of regional dispatching of water resources and the continuous development of information technology in China,the requirements of control demand,control ability and control accuracy of gate system for controlling the water inflow and outflow of sluices are becoming higher and higher.Based on the NC2000 software platform of computer control system,this paper puts forward a new scheme for the functional design requirements of centralized control system of sluice,and has been successfully applied in the control sluice monitoring system of LiuJia Level crossing.It mainly includes the following contents: according to the design requirements and industrial principles of gate control,the overall design scheme of remote and local control system of sluice is put forward;the hardware system integration is carried out according to the characteristics of gate control to meet the functions of data acquisition,data processing and data control,and the visualization is achieved in the computer automatic monitoring system;and the construction and calculation of industrial Ethernet is carried out.The design of computer software platform realizes remote monitoring and control of the gate system;after studying the current control strategy of the sluice,a new control flow chart is constructed,and a scientific and reasonable sluice control system is formed by using the control mode based on PLC;finally,the operation test of the conventional function and group control function of the gate system is realized,which can be achieved through the operation results.It can be seen that the centralized control system of the gate has stability and advancement.
