| With the development of computer,computer monitoring system is applied more and more in various fields,mainly due to its adaptability and reliability,real-time control and so on.In particular,unattended companies,computers control more of their own power.A reservoir monitoring system based on the monitoring system is established.With computer technology as the center,we build an unmanned checkpoint,which can not only play its role in harsh environment,but also better use of water resources,improving safety and reliability.In this thesis,in order to meet the necessary conditions of the project design,the water wells were analyzed by reservoir site environment analysis and production status of understanding,considering many factors of safety performance,system design,reliable performance and convenient operation for economic performance,proposed this system uses the distributed control system.In order to realize the scheme,a programmable controller developed by SIEMENS company is used to build the system.In the system construction program,using SIEMENS and S7-300 programmable controller as the master system,using small programmable controller S7-200 as the system from the station through the PROFIBUS-DP bus communication mode for each station and build from station communication between using S7-300 special programming software STEP7 hardware configuration and program design of the system.According to the technical requirements of the reservoir site,the process analysis is carried out,the realization of the function is programmed and compiled,and all the process requirements are completed in the field.All requirements of the site are monitored and implemented in strict accordance with the process design process.The monitoring system is generally divided into three layers.First,the field control layer.The field control layer is basically controlled by field programmable controller S7-200,and the on-site process is completed.The second is the network layer,through PROFIBUS-DP bus communication mode for each station and set up from the station through the field bus communication between industrial Ethernet communication between the master controller and the host computer,the station will transmit data to the host computer,monitoring data.This system uses more advanced NII’I to Ethernet technology,which is mainly to solve the problem that the communication signal is weakened due to the limited distance of the field communication.The second is the monitoring layer.The remote monitoring station mainly uses the special configuration software to design.The system uses Kingview software to design the monitoring screen and communication parameters.The picture of this system mainly includes the flow control picture,the alarm picture of the system and the report and so on.In the design of the system,we mainly realize the monitoring of water source control and the control requirements of various projects.Through the analysis and design of the on-site process environment,we design the distributed control system from the perspective of safety and economic application of the reservoir. |
