Abstract/Summary:
Study on evaluation of crane energy efficiency is to promote energy-saving emission reduction, the important basic research for large machinery of green design and manufacturing. Energy efficiency detecting is the premise of the energy-consumption evaluation of crane. However, the current domestic energy efficiency monitoring work for crane is still in infancy. This topic is mainly responsible for the hardware and software designing.Firstly, by comparing several wireless communication modes, the Zig Bee protocol as the wireless communication way is determined. According to the bridge crane’s workspace model, the network topology of the system is designed. Due to these basic theories, the system structure is determined. Then, complete the system’s design of hardware and software. The hardware designing work includes: Zig Bee-CAN, CAN-Ethernet, three different kinds of nodes and so on. The three different kind nodes named data collection nodes; routing nodes and Sink nodes. The software designing work includes: Zig Bee-CAN and CAN-Ethernet protocol conversion, embedded software and PC software.The embedded software aims to achieve the function about nodes.The PC software aims to achieve the function to display the dates.Finally, the whole performance of the systems was tested, including three aspects: data acquisition nodes performance testing, nodes wireless transmission performance testing, large-scale network testing. Data acquisition nodes performance testing was analyzed by measurement error. Node wireless transmission performance testing was analyzed by measurement error. Node wireless transmission performance testing was analyzed by the packet loss rate and received signal strength. Large-scale network testing was analyzed by the timing and packet loss rate. The test results show the feasibility and reasonable of the design.
