Universal bridge crane, as an indispensable large-scale energy equipment in thenational production and construction, has caught the government decision-makers’eyes with its huge energy-consumption growing year by year. Establishing andexamining the lifting appliance’s evaluation system of energy-consumption, carryingsome research on lifting appliance’s detecting techniques and other energy-savingworks of crane, can provide a better knowing of the crane’s own energy-consumptionand select the appropriate energy-saving type crane, at the same time it providestechnical support for functional government departments to supervise and review theenergy-saving field of crane.This thesis completed the analysis, researching and designing of crane’senergy-consumption perception system. First of all, on the basis of the analysisof crane’s energy-consumption characteristics, the thesis completed mathematicalmodel of the crane’s main energy-consumption agency. According to themathematical model and establishing principle of crane’s energy-consumptionevaluating index system, the thesis established the crane’s energy-consumptionevaluating index system, at the same time the thesis proposed a dynamic measurementfor crane’s energy-consumption detecting based on the Black Box theory. Thenaimed at the related parameter to be measured in input electrical power and outputmechanical power, designed the testing scheme and deployed related detection sensor.Besides, in allusion to the three key technologies of WSN, the thesis probed into thesuitable WSN for crane working environment. After that, the thesis focus on thedesign of soft hardware about WSN and sample data analysis upper computersoftware, in the end, the thesis completed the design of universal bridge craneenergy-consumption perceptions system.Finally, relying on the hardware platform designed in the thesis, it has verifiedthe reliability of the energy-consumption perception system by detecting, transmittingwirelessly and PC processing input electrical parameters in the laboratory and craneworking site respectively.
