Introduce market power to solve these problem. Research on the market theory, analysis of the role of market forces in the construction quality management, which is to strengthen the quality of supervision, improve the enterprise quality consciousness, regulate the industry quality behavior, promote transition of industry structure. Finally, this paper puts forward the reform measures to allow the market to participate in the construction quality management.
