| The development of energy has promoted the progress of the whole society.In 2021,the two sessions put forward the new development concept of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization".The new development direction of China’s future energy has been transformed into the development of green and clean energy and the construction of a new energy system with environmental protection and low carbon.Thermal power units generate heat by burning coal and other chemical fuels to drive the steam turbine rotor to rotate for power generation.Coal combustion is accompanied by pollutant emission.Therefore,thermal power units have always been considered as large polluters.Facing an urgent energy revolution,traditional thermal power plants shoulder the mission of the times,reduce coal consumption and pollution emissions through equipment upgrading and transformation,and make thermal power units clean and efficient.Thermal power units often undertake the tasks of regional power generation and heating,which is closely related to the stable operation of regional economy and people’s daily life.Therefore,improving the quality of thermal power unit equipment transformation projects and realizing the transformation objectives are conducive to promoting the implementation of energy reform and double carbon policy,developing regional economy and improving people’s livelihood.This paper takes the quality management of Huaneng Power plant equipment transformation project of HQ company as the research object,and adopts the total quality management method to discuss the quality planning,quality assurance and control,quality assurance and other links in the steam turbine equipment transformation project,so as to improve the quality management level of power plant transformation project of HQ company.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of quality management of power transformation project of HQ company,summarizes the common quality problems of transformed units,analyzes the deep causes of quality management problems,and re plans the quality of design process,manufacturing process and procurement process by using total quality management method combined with project quality objectives.Secondly,for the quality management problems of the transformation project,combined with the actual situation of HQ company,this paper puts forward the implementation strategies of fine design,exquisite technology,high-quality manufacturing engineering and accurate supply chain management process,monitors the key points in the production process,quotes the process failure mode and impact analysis quality management method for the key steps affecting the flow,and identifies the potential failure risk by calculating the risk value;The appearance quality of products that directly affect customer satisfaction shall be improved according to the definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control of lean production six sigma steps.Finally,a mechanism is established from the aspects of project system guarantee,management organization guarantee and quality culture guarantee to make the completion smooth,improve the existing quality management system and provide a useful reference for subsequent reconstruction projects. |
