| Detachable compartment garbage truck is a automatically load garbage dumping trash and garbage in one of sanitation transport vehicles, its main part is hook-lift auto-loading device. In order to complete the system design of hook-lift auto-loading device and improve the quality of products structure, the following research work has been done in this paper.Firstly, in the procedure of hinge points optimization in the structural of pull arm device, hinge points optimization program which is applied to construction machinery products has been developed by using the optimization method of discrete variable. This program is more stability and can realize the accuracy of control.Secondly, The three-dimensional parametric geometrical model of arm pull device has been built with the approach of top-down modeling and thought of skeleton. At the software development environment of VC++, we can complete the function of PRO/E secondary development with Pro/Toolkit development tools, which would provide the basis for product serialization system design.After that, the parameter finite element model could be built with the help of APDL,we can apply the boundary condition, which is the force curve junk of key positions got from mechanics calculation model of garbage truck, to the finite element model of pull-arm device, so that the typical working condition analysis of pull-arm device would be finished, which will provide optimized solutions for product design.Finally, the aided design software of hook-lift auto-loading device has been developed. This software has functions of optimization of structure hinge point, secondary development of three-dimensional modeling software, static analysis of finite element, and has realized the product’s integration of CAD/CAE. We can complete the structure design of different tonnage by modifying the geometrical parameters of pull-arm device’s original model, which would effectively reduce the product design cycle, realize product serialization system design, and make the product more competitive in market. Currently the software has been adopted by a well-known domestic enterprises and put in to use. |
