Loader is used to perform the tasks of handing and shoveling loose materials, the working device serves as the executive component of the loader; the characteristics of its institution and structure directly affect the performance of the loader and the productivity. The gradual maturing of CAD technology and the perfect of various modern design methods demands the automatization of products design as well as intellectualization. Furthermore, the traditional design method is hardly able to meet the requirements of shorten the new product development cycle and lower cost. Therefore, it is of great value to develop a convenient designing system with high reliability based on various theories and mature software, which also represents the trends of modern design theory's development.In this paper, take the working device of loader for example, a integrated system is studied and designed, which includes parametric design, dimensional modeling and finite element analysis. Taking the VC++6.0 as software platform, firstly, take the theory study of the working device of loader using the type-transformation theory of complex linkage, the mechanical model and the mathematical model is built, and then the mechanism analysis and motion analysis of the new eight-bar working device of loader is complied by programming, the function of data reading and writing is also complied. The motion simulation was carried on to the working device by using the function of graphics in VC++6.0, by which the performance of mechanism can be evaluated rapidly and truly. And then, basing on the theory of three-dimensional parameterized modeling, the secondary development of SolidWorks was applied, and a three-dimensional solid model of the working device of loader was built. Finally, the secondary development of ANSYS was applied by APDL. Judging the reasonableness of the design by analysis the results for determine the plan of design.
