| At present, with the continued development of our economy, logisticsindustry is rapid growth. As an important part of the logistics industry,container transportation industry has been more and more attention.Containers short-distance transport mode, called as "door to door"transport mode, is very common. However, this mode of transport is stillimmature, it s need a new and efficient forms of transport to improvetransport efficiency. So, self-loading container trailers are graduallyvalued by major companies with its flexible and fast characteristics. Thispaper focuses on the optimization design of hinge-point positioning forworking device of self-loading container trailers, and carries outrelevant research.Firstly, the basic structure and working principle of self-loadingcontainer trailers were introduced. Lifting device has three forms,namely unilateral and parallel type, unilateral and cross type, anddouble-sided type. Support device also has many types, such as staggeredtelescopic legs and large span legs. There are three working conditions,namely simple self-loading and unloading operation, stacking operationand vehicle to vehicle operation. This paper established some parametricmodels of common working device using ADAMS, and introduced the importantand difficult parts in the parametric models, such as design theconstraint functions, motion functions and force functions. Fullyparameterized models can complete design of experimental and"optimization", is the basis for follow-up work.Further, this paper studied the impact of hinge-point positioning on working performance for working device of self-loading container trailers.Working performance included cylinder loading and operating amplitudes.By establishing the mathematical and dynamical models for working deviceof side container cranes, the relationship between hinge-pointpositioning and cylinder loading is theoretically studied andexperimentally verified using dynamical simulation software, ADAMS.Accordingly, it is indicated from results that the top and bottomhinge-point positions of lower-arm cylinder loading. Therefore, thetheoretical and simulation testing results are well coincided with mutualverification and supplement.Moreover, This paper taking the Fully parameterized models of workingdevice as the basis, using the Command Language offered in the ADAMS,developed a hinge-point optimization design platform which isspecifically for the design of working device of self-loading containertrailers. Develop content included editing the user menu according to themenu grammar, making the user dialog box by using the editor and eachmodel s function realization. Finally, this paper completed thehinge-point optimization design of40t unilateral and parallel typeself-loading container trailers using this platform. And the operatingcharacteristics of models were simulated. The optimization results weresignificant. Both the simulation results, and the optimization processand results confirmed the correctness and practicality of the contentsabove.Ultimately, this whole article was summarized, and the in-depth studypart was proposed based on the results and the lack of this paper. |
