Scissor aerial work platform is a type of aerial work device that can lift vertically and can be widely used in a narrow space both indoors and outdoors like halls,workshop,stations etc.due to its small scissor structure and wide range of activity.In order to improve the mechanical performance of the structure of lifting device of scissor type aerial work platform.In this paper,the structure of lifting device was optimized.The following research was carried out:Based on a lifting device of scissor type aerial work platform as the research object.Firstly,the mechanical model of lifting device of scissor aerial work platform was established,the axial force of hydraulic cylinder on the scissor lift device were calculated,and the axial force of hydraulic cylinder were reduced by making the use of MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox to optimize the scissor arm on the hydraulic cylinder hinge point position.Meanwhile,Then,using Pro/E software to carry on the kinematics simulation to the scissor type aerial work platform.The influence of the change of the position of the hydraulic cylinder on the stability of the platform were analyzed.Secondly,the static analysis of the scissor lift device was carried out.The hinge point force of each hinge point and the danger cross section stress of the boom body were calculated,and the boom body with the strength did not meet the requirements were improved according to the calculation result.Thirdly,the finite element model of parametric hydraulic cylinder were established by ANSYS finite element software,and the static analysis was carried.The nonlinear buckling analysis of the cylinder was carried out by using the rigid rod element to simulate the hydraulic oil,at the same time the energy law method was used to calculate the ultimate load of the hydraulic cylinder to ensure the accuracy of the nonlinear buckling analysis.At last,based on the MATLAB GUI,the structure analysis and optimization software of the lifting device of the scissor type aerial working platform was developed.The module of the hydraulic cylinder axial force calculation,the hydraulic cylinders hinge point optimization,the lifting device mechanical analysis and stability analysis of hydraulic cylinder were integrated into the software.The content of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design and development of the scissor lift device.The development of aided software improve the efficiency of product optimization design.
