| Today,with the development of society,the architectural design of the classroom was no longer restricted to "box " style,the architectural function can be more flexible and diversified so as to adapt to the development of today’s society.Since the 20 th century the classroom design are valued in the countries all over the world.At present,to explore the creative classroom building which own distinctive modeling combined with the perfect functions is an important building design topic at home and abroad.In this paper, the current situation of development of wooden structure truss leads to analysis and research for small and medium-sized school classroom building accordance with the architectural theory of bionics,set up a new wood truss structure system,provided the theoretical basis on the design method of architectural bionics and truss.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)The characteristic of middle and primary school classroom is has a large area of free space and rectangular area,under the characteristics use Cadwork software to design "peanuts" bionic architecture structure model.(2)Using SAP2000 software to analysis structure stability. To analysis different span ratio and different materials of construction statics and structural response spectrum of the structure.Analysis of results: When the rod width of 65 mm, 90 mm thick, this new type of truss static load force to meet the design requirements, and when the span ratio of 0.2, the stress state of the best;When the new truss span ratio is greater than 0.22, in the earthquake would be a serious instability;When the column by increasing the cross-section to 145×145mm, this structure meets the design specifications.(3)To experimental analysis the spindle line connecting truss structure by screws,tooth plate and pins are connected to connect performance and failure mode,ensure the new wood truss connected by pin,to design drawing and rendering on the main bearing on the direction of precast fittings.Finally use spruce and polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive these test materials for making the model.(4) Design the column and truss connection and walls,doors,windows and roof etc.Then drawing for rendering based on light,color,space layout. Discuss the wooden pieces of protective measures from termite resistant,fire prevention, moisture proof wooden parts. |
