But highway traffic accidents occur frequently, serious harm, high mortality,social influence, directly affecting the economic development and social order. Research pre provincial highway emergency rescue system has important theoretical and practical value.This article aims to learn from the advanced experience: the use of new theories and methods; the use of management science; transportation science; security; law and other provincial scientific and technological means to solve the problem of highway accident rescue.The paper by comparing the highway accident rescue system at home and abroad and its key technology research status, draw lessons from the highway accident rescue experience and advanced technology, find the shortage of the provincial highway accident rescue system in China and problems.Based on the research of the rescue system components, from the system level, improve the response speed and accident rescue effect mechanism and operation rules. Use the advanced accident warning algorithm and mechanism, based on the game theory to build the rescue decision model, realize the death toll at least, the number of injured at least, minimum target of economic losses. At the same time discusses the number and location of the accident rescue site,rescue system evaluation method is proposed, and provide reliable basis for the improvement of the system.Aiming at Real-time monitoring, facilities for emergency rescue platform management,efficient treatment and information interaction, using video networking, Internet and networking,network information platform technology and efficient operation of the implementation platform.From the angle of network and information technology, integrated planning and design of the traffic accident emergency platform and accident treatment process.Two cases in this proposed method is verified, which proved the author studies on rescue system in this paper of the reliable and effective. |
