Quality Management In Vehicle Body Integration Advanced Development Program

Body System Advanced Integration Development Project, which is an important stage focused on Body System Advanced Integration Develop and Vehicle Architecture development. This paper would also introduce the theory of PDCA Cycle(Deming Cycle), focus on establishing the Body System Advanced Integration Development Program PDCA QM Cycle, and finally constructing a perfect QM Process for Body System Advanced Integration Development Program, penetrating the QM concept into the whole Vehicle Development Process; this paper would also suggest applying QM method into all engineering issue solving stage, approaching the ‘Zero Defect’ Quality Management Target.
