This paper would also introduce the theory of PDCA Cycle(Deming Cycle), focus on establishing the Body System Advanced Integration Development Program PDCA QM Cycle, and finally constructing a perfect QM Process for Body System Advanced Integration Development Program, penetrating the QM concept into the whole Vehicle Development Process; this paper would also suggest applying QM method into all engineering issue solving stage, approaching the ‘Zero Defect’ Quality Management Target. |
