At present,the project EPC general contract mode has become the main way of construction of various types of projects in China.It is a kind of management entrusted by the owner to carry out the design,procurement,revision,trial operation and other stages of the project in accordance with the contract,and finally deliver the product to the owner,implement the overall concept of the entire project,and make comprehensive arrangements.Coordinate the operation to achieve a project contract system for shortening the duration,ensuring quality,and saving funds.In the process of transforming the traditional vertical integration of engineering revision enterprises into the EPC general contracting model of the project,how to establish a rigorous procedure,smooth process,and effective quality management system is a key point of the project general contracting project management system.This will be directly related to the final quality of the project and is a key part of determining whether a project can be successfully delivered to the owner's expected goal.The research object of this thesis,P Design Institute,complies with the guidelines and policies formulated by the superior units,conducts business expansion,and increases the EPC general contracting business on the premise of ensuring the original design work.Under such a premise,how to set up a practical quality management system according to the actual conditions of the design Institute,so that it is conducive to promoting a more obvious improvement in the level of production quality management,so that its production quality management work gradually moves toward procedural,standardized,and documented.Effective quality control is used to ensure product quality,improve management efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.At the same time,it also provides reference and ideas for other design Institutes that have just joined the general contracting team to build a quality system.TThethesis focuses on engineering quality management,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics,influencing factors and related processes and links of engineering quality problems in the design,procurement and construction of EPC general contract project in target enterprises.Under the guidance of six Sigma Management Method,this paper studies how to revise the quality management system of P design institute by using modern quality management theory,project management theory and system theory.This paper studies and puts forward the basic content,characteristics and levels of quality management system under EPC general contract mode,and according to the analysis of the quality control effect after rectification,demonstrates the operation mechanism and method of quality control suitable for EPC general contract mode.Through continuous study and research,this thesis establishes a systematic and comprehensive framework of collaborative quality control for EPC general contracting projects,and carries out empirical research to provide a new theoretical basis and practical guidance for the general contracting enterprises to strengthen quality control in engineering revision.
