Study On The Construction Quality Assessment System

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid growth in the number of engineering projects presented diversified financing, huge investment of the period to extend the trend. The resulting uncertainty during the construction of substantial growth. As we all know the quality is the foundation of the building project, but with the development of construction projects currently existing traditional project management theory, methods, models have been unable to adapt to the rapidly changing needs of the project. In recent years, both the attendant engineering quality accidents, as well as huge losses to the national economy and people’s lives and property caused. Quality management is the current project management issues need to be resolved. Produce construction quality issues, from the combined effects of many factors in order to effectively solve the problem of the quality of construction, the project must be in-depth exploration of the quality factor.Therefore, this paper analyzes the key factors in depth study of the quality of construction works on the existing quality management researches explored through field surveys, expert advice and other ways of reference for the factors that affect the quality of construction were analyzed, pointing out that the main quality of the project by the construction methods, the use of materials, site and climate, the quality of personnel involved in the combined effects, financial factors, the progress of works and purchase of equipment, and many other factors. The article also describes the subsequent generation quality evaluation theory, development and build process.Through the factors affecting quality of the project to analyze the combined project quality management theory and quality management features of the article to the previous study based on a combination of AHP for the establishment of a construction project quality evaluation system.
