A Study On The Evaluation Of Bus Fleet’s Health Level

The level of development of the automobile operation industry reflects the scientific and technological strength and economic strength of a country.The domestic automobile operation industry is in a healthy,stable and rapid development period,facing many problems of quality management in its development.Vehicle operation process,the state of the car service quality monitoring is essential,vehicle service quality testing is the vehicle quality management of a basic work,the performance testing allows businesses or individuals to more quickly and directly understand the vehicle performance of the technical conditions,the development of Scientific and reasonable vehicle health management measures to ensure its normal operation.In this paper,a car service quality rating system in the automotive quality assessment of the application made some meaningful attempts.The traditional vehicle service quality testing evaluation system has its own limitations.The traditional evaluation system mainly tests and evaluates the single performance of the automobile,and lacks the comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle performance.Most of the researchers mainly use the experience and qualitative judgment to analyze the vehicle quality,which lacks the quantitative analysis.The automobile quality assessment methods mostly use the expert decision method to determine the weight To calculate,this method of calculation is too biased to subjective decisions,resulting in inaccurate assessment results.In this paper,a vehicle service evaluation system is proposed.The system includes six performance characteristics of the vehicle,and a number of related testing indexes are extended below each performance.The evaluation model is constructed by the hierarchical structure of the AHP.The evaluation model To a certain extent,the model eliminates the single impact of evaluating performance.In addition,the calculation method of the evaluation system is the geometric mean method,which removes the subjective influence of the traditional expert decision-making method.This evaluation model and method through the integration of vehicle performance testing indicators,the status of the vehicle can be a comprehensive analysis and assessment.On this basis,this paper uses the evaluation system to conduct a detailed case analysis of a bus fleet owned by Wenzhou Transportation Group.The results show that the system is simple and accurate.Finally,the article applies the evaluation result of this system to automobile quality management,and makes reasonable arrangement and management of vehicle overhaul and vehicle decommissioning in the fleet.The method has certain reference value and guiding significance for vehicle quality management.
