Research On DB Contracting Mode Of Highway Construction Project Schedule Management

Design-Build is an advanced mode of project management. It is an inevitable trend in the development of market economy and a development direction in the field of highway construction in our country. Design-Build general contractor should be responsible for design and build of management as a whole, according with development law of highway construction project management in our country, and it is beneficial to the reasonable arrangement and implementation of project plan, to improve the level of highway construction project management.Highway construction project has three goals of management, namely schedule, cost, quality. There is mutual relationship between them, forming a contradictory unity. As one of Design-Build highway construction project goal, schedule affects the entire management of highway construction project. As for the present situation of Design-Build highway construction project schedule management in our country, according to integration theory, introducing the progress of the advanced management technology, including BIM and CCM, the thesis researches on the Design-Build highway construction project management from the following several aspects.(1)The thesis introduces the domestic and foreign research work about the Design-Build and highway construction project schedule management, and makes a good analysis of highway construction project schedule influencing factors, and introduces the basic principle and advanced theory of highway construction project schedule management, focusing on analysis of the advantages of flexible management theory, TOC constraints theory and Integration Theory, which are applied to highway construction project schedule management, and analyzes the principle of highway construction project schedule management finally.(2)Compared with WBS and CBS, the thesis makes an integrated management of highway construction project schedule and cost. In order to reflect synthetically the relationship among time, schedule and cost of highway construction project, the existing earned value method should be improved correspondingly. The thesis researches on highway construction project management scheduling optimization from three aspects, including duration, cost and resource.(3)The thesis analyzes highway construction project schedule management pattern, including traditional schedule management model and schedule control mode, and researches on methods and steps of various stages of highway construction project schedule dynamic management, in order to achieve the goal of highway construction project schedule dynamic management. Through the introduction of the highway construction project schedule management of traditional technology, the thesis analyzes advantages of highway construction project schedule management, which adopts BIM or CCM.(4)The thesis establishes a schedule management system of Design-Build highway construction project. It includes two sets of plan system, one is three-level planning system which is formulated by parties involved of highway construction projects, the other is month/week special plan system which is formulated by the various functional departments of Design-Build general contractor. The point, method and operation process of Design-Build highway construction project schedule management were studied.
