Research On Risk Management Ability Evaluation Of General Contractor Of EPC Highway Project

EPC highway project has large investment,long cycle and complicated technologies.There are many risks in the whole process,which has a higher demand for the overall strength of the general construction contractor,and the risk management ability is the key.In order to ensure the successful completion of the project,and constantly improve the risk management ability of the general contractor.Based on the EPC model,risk management theory and maturity theory,and combined with the risk factors and enterprise management,with the maturity model of the risk management ability of the general contractor,the following research has been done:(1)The connotation and the internal structure of highway EPC project general contractor's risk management ability maturity model are studied,and detailed classification of competence levels is made.Constructed the maturity model of risk management capability of general contractor of EPC highway project.(2)Through literature research and questionnaire survey,the risk factors which could influencing risk management ability and relevant factors of enterprise management are analyzed,and the evaluation factors and indexes of risk management ability are preliminarily determined.Through questionnaires and scoring,getting the final index system by using the method of rough set to optimize the index system.(3)The evaluation method of general contractor's risk management ability maturity model of EPC highway project is studied.The index weight is determined by the combination of AHP and Entropy Weight Method,and the Grey Evaluation Method is used to build the ability maturity evaluation model.(4)With the ZX highway project,the application of the evaluation index system and model of the risk management ability of the general contractor of EPC highway project are applied to practice.Through the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,the risk management ability was quantitatively evaluated,and the measures to improve the risk management ability of the general contractor are put forward.
