Application Research On Schedule Management Of The New Library In The Suoth Of Yancheng Design Project

The design stage of construction project is a very important link and procedure in the project life cycle along with the the overall planning and implementation of specific description of the intent,which plays a very important role in the process, quality, schedule of the entire project. The design stage also plays a key part in the implementation of the whole process of construction projects. For the project which is in the design phase, the most important step of ensuring the whole project quality management is arranging the design project schedule properly.In this paper, the writer use the theory of progress management, focusing on the study of the project schedule, schedule optimization, schedule control to introduce the theoretical basis of critical chain technology, basic ideas and specific applications systematically. We take the new design project of Yancheng City’s South New District Library as example. Focusing on the problems of the design phase’s lag during the construction projects which affect the later progress and quality, we can make the project schedule based on the factors, make use of the critical chain technology of the project schedule management theory, and point out the key part of the design phase that influence the schedule management to analyze. At last we should summarize the solutions of a variety of uncertain factors that affect the progress of and make relevant recommendations to provide the basis for future design management.
